As a group, we split the workload equally in-order to make sure this assignment was completed fairly. Throughout the task, we decided the best way to enhance students learning is to have one general focus for the Wiki page. The benefits of using Wikispaces is that a teacher can create a task to meet their own specific requirements, rather than spending hours searching for a similar one on the internet. Out task is not only to create a valuable Wiki page, but also for us to understand that we don't have to rely on other resources to help us teach a lesson, but rather to create our own webquest for students.
This project has been put to us in order for us to understand that we don't need to rely on outside resources to assist us in our lessons, but rather than to use a webquest. Wikispaces is a simple program to use that can even allow students to create their on web pages with minimal instruction.
Overall, the purpose of this assignment was to determine how easy and versatile Wikispaces are and to display when used correctly, they can become a key teaching tool when incorporating ICT into a lesson.

Why we choose the ICT tools
Comic Life: Comic Life is a tool that allows students to use their creative ability to make a comic or a storyboard based upon the information they've gathered. This allows students to display the inforamtion they've learnt in their own creative way. This tool is helpful to students when the begin to convey an understanding for a topic. Comic Life is also useful to students as it allows them to explain to their peers, in their own words, their intrepretation on a topic.
Publisher: Similar to Comic Life, Publisher is a creative porgram that allows students to consolidate their meaning and understanding of a particular topic. Publishers however, allows students to not only add text and pictures, but it also allows students to add hyperlinks to their documents; which allows students to connect to specific websites to consolidate their understanding of a document.
Microsoft Word: Microsoft Word is another essential part of ICT that allows students to expand on their prior knowledge. Microsoft contains many features such as; constructing tables, inserting pictures, designing pages and adding or enhancing clip arts. Whilst most students are accustomed with these features, a few students are not. Therefore, it is important to review the various steps for using theses tools with students before beginning a lesson.
How The Project Is Centred On A Social Constructivist Classroom:
This project is centred on a social constructivist classroom, because this project allows students to login and activily use this wikipage to get their tasks and look at different resources or anything that the teacher puts up on this wikipage. The activites created are all based on social constructivist classroom by using ICT. All the activities and lessons that we have created are socially constructivist classroom based, we have included such tools as microsoft word, microsoft publisher, microsoft powerpoint, as well as the students using the internet to research about the activites created.
